CITIZEN DOSSIER

Born on Terra, in New Austin, Kiroshi grew up a fairly normal life. Once he was able, he set out to the stars, deciding Terra was a very silly place. He felt drawn... nay, called to the Inquisitorial Order of the Neo Spanish Inquisition. He befriended the reclusive, but charismatic Chancellor and signed himself up. He stayed on with the Inquisition, but grew to want to reach even further stars, so he stepped away from the Holy Order, forming his own organization, while maintaining a good affiliation with his friend, Chancellor Ithaqua.
