CITIZEN DOSSIER

After a long term as an officer in the UEE Hallaxe decided to move out, fed up of taking orders sometimes unsavoury to taste. Now a part of his own forming fleet known as the High gaurd Hallaxe looks to build a fleet to protect the vulnerable and annilate the criminals and any race that would bring harm to those who would otherwise not be able to defend themselves.

Time to stand for what is right! Loyalty, honor and unity!
